 Hi there, I’m honored to have you visiting my site. ‬My name is Sara Bown (Down Town Bown) I’m 47 and live in Atlantic Canada. I’ve been married to the love of my life David for 26 years and together we have 3 wonderful boys who are 23, 19 & 11 and a baby girl who’s 6. In short, I've been a motivational speaker and life coach for the last 13 years and I’m on a mission to empower people to live their BEST most blessed life by helping them find value and worth in who they are at this very moment while providing hope that the goals of their heart and soul are possible. I do this by offering full time virtual coaching to a very limited amount of people where I'm able to work with people from all over the world providing they have an internet connection. The majority of my work is free motivational work where I post as much hope, love, light & kindness on my social media pages daily via posts, videos & blogs.
