The coaching I offer is 100% virtual typing ( no video required ) which allows me to coach anyone, anywhere in the world, providing they have an internet connection. I offer my virtual coaching sessions to take place in Instagram private chat, text messaging or Facebook private chat. The majority of my clients enjoy facebook best. These methods work amazingly well for a few reasons. First, it’s very convenient, I’ve had clients attend sessions from home, from the bleachers at their child’s sporting events, from the beach, during work lunch breaks and the list goes on. Second, my clients feel comfortable because they’re familiar talking in private chat or texting and this familiarity allows the conversation to move in a fluid and natural way. People can show up to sessions with their guard down because there's no video involved. You can be coaching in the comfort of whatever you have going on that day. This allows headspace to share from the heart. This is great news for people who suffer from anxiety when working in person. There is amazing, healing power in being heard and virtual coaching allows this so well.
